I work with anyone aged 17 or over.
I don’t currently work with couples, families, or children and adolescents.

Sessions are 50 minutes long - the standard length for talking therapy.

As long as you’d like.
I don’t set time frames or put limits on our work together. If it feels useful, then we can schedule regular reviews as we go to check our progress. Outside of that, we can continue together for as long as you find it useful.

I meet with clients once a week.
If you feel like you’d benefit from more sessions, it may be possible to meet more regularly than this.
I don’t currently offer fortnightly sessions.

I’ve been trained and practice as an integrative therapist.
This means I draw from several different therapy approaches and use what feels most helpful for each client. This is a tailored approach, meaning there is no fixed way that I practice.

Walking therapy, sometimes called Ecotherapy, is a therapy that takes place usually walking in a natural environment.
I offer walking therapy in Regent’s Park which has many quiet and beautiful areas to walk through. Doing therapy in this environment offers a different experience to doing it in therapy rooms.

I’m not currently registered with any insurance schemes.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and your information is held securely and treated in accordance with data privacy guidelines.

Anything you share in sessions is confidential in line with the BACP ethical guidelines, which you can access here.

I only work in English, though English doesn’t need to be your first language in order for us to work together.

I work on Zoom primarily, though can work using VSee if Zoom is not possible.
