FAQs

If you have any questions, or would like to know more about anything feel free to get in touch.

  • I work with anyone aged 17 or over.

I don’t currently work with couples, families, or children and adolescents.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long - the standard length for psychotherapy.

  • As long as you’d like.

I don’t set time-frames or put limits on the duration of our work together. If it feels useful, then we can schedule regular reviews as we go to check our progress. Outside of that, we can continue together for as long as you find it useful.

  • I meet with clients once a week.

If you feel like you’d benefit from more sessions, it may be possible to meet more regularly than this.

    I don’t offer fortnightly sessions.

  • I’ve been trained and practice as an integrative therapist, but what does that mean?

In short, it means I pull from a number of different therapy approaches and use what feels most helpful for each individual client. This is a more tailored approach and means there is no one fixed way that I practice.
